Welcome to a 360° Approach to Wellness

Managing One's Health and Wellness requires: proactive choices for longevity, intelligent recovery programs for durability + repair, & consistency with an intentional routine. There are foundational pillars of a LyfeSync 360 Approach to Wellness.

These are divided into the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual Pillars. Consider what happens to a structure that has a weakened pillar... Compensatory Patterns, Reactionary and Detrimental Shifts in Balance. The Contents of this Guide will serve as a tool chest to achieve positive outcomes.

You have access to a collective group of health and wellness providers through our discussions.

Please utilize your tools to become an all-encompassing Guide of your own. Keep in mind, this approach is not meant to dictate your practice, but rather guide you in providing for those you serve.

In order to be recognized as a LyfeSync 
Provider and Wellness Tailor™ the following must be completed:

• Our Ergonomic Powercourse includes Physical Assessments, Concept Comprehension, and Clinical + Performance Skills. Prospective Providers will be introduced to wellness concepts, tested on application skills, guided through individual + group training, and carry out motor skill development.

• Completion of a comprehensive online course will include examinations, experiences, and coaching. Our Appendix includes overviews and lectures on Physical Functions, Gut Health, Mental Aptitude, Emotional Intelligence, & methods of application for each.  These materials are the fundamentals to providing proper service, care, and training to all ages and abilities.

Process

You can complete the process both Virtual or In Person.  The Online Portion is App Assisted and Self Paced.  The App includes Modules of Concept Comprehension and Guided Application.  Once completed, you move into the appendixes for access to pre-filmed practical knowledge, advanced assessments, and skills acquisition components that aid in creating advanced service providers. 

Completion Stages

Assisted & Supervised by LyfeSync Staff. This multi stage approach ensures prospective certificants are provided with guidance through the fundamentals of a wellness program.  Your examination is taken at the conclusion of your coursework.   Recognition, Rights, and Access to the Appendix is continued with annual renewals.  Live Events are considered separate services and costs will vary.

Stage One:  Comprehension

• Self Paced Online Education
• Audio, Video, and Discussion Format
• Private Tutoring (up to 6 sessions)

Stage Two:  Applications

• Comprehension Quizzes + Application Skills Assessments
• Course Appendix - References, Resources, Clinicals, & Guided Sessions

Stage Three:  Examinations

• Complete All Comprehensive Quizzes
• Complete a Practical Exam
• Complete (3) Case Studies using the LyfeSync’s 360° Approach to Wellness

Certified LyfeSync Providers LS/C  Those who have completed all stages of processes.  They are active within the LyfeSync Community.  They utilize their skills and take pride in serving others.  They follow the LyfeSync Code of Conduct.  They have completed their Practical Exams and maintain an active Certification. 

Practicing LyfeSync Providers LS/P  Those who have completed all online modules and are preparing to take examinations or currently building their portfolios.

Students LS/S  Those currently engaged in the Online Modules and being provided with active and ongoing support.

Live Events: Varies by Location

Our Live Experiences are for those who wish to spend additional time.  Cost & Locations are announced throughout the year.  A Sample Itinerary is towards the end of this outline.

Our goal is to create a better service industry through leadership and innovative practices.  We serve Professional Organizations, Teams, Athletic Coaches and their Staff.  Our expertise can improve outcomes for Healthcare Professionals, Personal Trainers, & Return to Sports Specialists.  Skilled Practitioners like Fieldwork Technicians, Sport Specific Trainers, Agents, Scouts, and Player Development will benefit from these concepts.   Directors, Caregivers, and Parents are also encouraged to register for the course.

Continuing Education Units

We also offer opportunities to intern and observe. Your Provider Certification is granted when you are deemed competent per LyfeSync’s Standards.  We aim to provide CEU & CME to all those who complete the process.
